개요

알돌라제는 포도당을 에너지로 전환시키는 과정을 도와주는 효소입니다. 알돌라제는 전신에서 발견되지만 주로 근육조직에서 고농도로 측정됩니다. 이 효소의 혈중 농도는 환자가 근육이나 간에 손상을 받거나 질병이 있을 경우 증가합니다. 과거에는 혈중 알돌라제 검사를 골격근/간에 발생하는 질환과 연관된 상황을 진단하고 추적관찰하기 위한 목적으로 주로 의뢰하였지만 근육이나 간 손상의 더 특이적인 표지자인 CK (크레아틴키나제), ALT (알라닌 아미노전이효소), AST (아스파르테이트 아미노전이효소)와 같은 다른 효소검사로 대체되었습니다. 알돌라제 검사는 현재도 근육 이영양증과 몇가지 드문 골격근 이상 질환의 모니터링을 위해 사용되고 있습니다.
